Took out some inappropriate Help pages (in General)

Removed Debate, User Pages, Novice, and Ranger pages.

The wiki is for documenting the game, not "anything goes" user-created content. Sorry.

Note that a page linking notable forum threads would be fine, which is almost but not quite what Debate was.

I really, really like the idea, and I think the tighter it's integration with CB the better. So when is the new user controlled wiki going up Jon?

You really didn't see any value in the User Pages section? I see you went to remove the store section of my page first (which I guess I understand, although I think it was a great use for the wiki), but then went further and just nuked it all...

Ranger's page was originally created to be linked off the wall of remembrance, similar to Todd's link from the same page. Someone else
has brought that page back to life already, I'd like to see it stay connected to that page at least.

Right. I decided I really didn't want to sanction them at all and open the door for a couple hundred more of those.
