Should I add a wall to my character Bard, I would put an AoI on my tank which would junction onto my Hal which would protect my damage dealers. If I do add a wall I should trade in my DBs for some EBs, right?
No, you need as much offense as you can get during your NCB... worry about defense later.

What purpose would a wall serve? If you wanted defense, go with an evasion/AS enchanter.. basically the same effect against tanks and mages, except better and cheaper... >_>

Walls are nice because the help versus both mages and tanks, but they are only really good with a ToE. Given that you use a Halidon and a SoD I don't think it'd help much to live into melee rounds, so no don't add a wall.
