Im tring to figure out which would be better for my FB mage.
I currently use: Boots of Evasion [0] (+60)(DB's 4.3mil NW)
Evasion (pre battle)
Evasion 701,592 715,911 92 93
in battle it is 105.
If I was to use EB's near the same NW, would it give better benefits?
Can somebody do some calculations for me please and give advice as to which pair would work better.

Equivalent NW EB's would give you a 102-effect Evasion.

alright so currently the DB's are a better choice at that Nw and evasion level?
EB's would be better all around due to the fact EB also helps multiply the defensive dex you get from evasion... and DB don't
EB's will far outweigh DB's as you grow also, percentage based rather than level based will further increase your evasion
