I think this would be better off as a Skill so multi-minion tanks don't get huge invisible NW boosts but i still like the idea.

Multi-tank teams suck enough already. I don't think it'll be an issue if it's a DE. Remember that evasion and EC are 4x effective vs. a 4-tank team.

I'd prefer this as a skill as well, percentage of Strength or something. (Not Dex because then you just get more Tanks only relying on pth to hit and not training dex).

Otherwise the DE would end up being like protection in that you train it to a certain point and then it's not worth it.

The number of good ideas that flow out from you guys is phenomenal :) Could Jon be cloned then this game would take up 24/7 - almost more fun to think through the ideas than to play (sorry, I mean click).

First suggestion: Call the skill/spell Eagle Eye. Clear sight is confusing with the HoC.

Second suggestion: Similar to BL. Train to 25% of ST (including all bonuses) with a maximum effect of 1.00. With a 1.00 effect, the minion has a 100% chance to do a bonus hit every round. At 0.80, an 80% chance of a bonus hit, etc.

This means a minion could not train evasion to evade hits, and could not train BL for increased damage, but they would be guaranteed at least 1 hit per round. Also, since the hit is guaranteed, it must be trained at 25% of ST so that the amount of XP invested in the skill is proportional to the damage it will deal.
