It would be an Anti DEX based deal useing your idea of a spell that stops Defencsive capabilitys. Have it effect the DEX of all minions in play. As well as Nullifying a % of the evasion, but also a % of the Dex involved. Also this spell due to the lack of being able to see the opponent Some of the DD's would have a chance to just fail. But on that same side Normal melee and ranged would be as well. I would say Haze Has a % to Not let a spell fire. As well as a % for the first 2-3 rounds of melee that melee doesnt work.. pretty much establishing your minion finding theirs. Least thats what I can think of at this time.

I second stingiest's idea. An EO against evasion/skills in general would be handy, not to mention logical... considering we already have EOs countering just about everything else. However, imho, a pure anti-weapon/magic is both unnecessary and (probably just my opinion) unwanted. We already have two just as good counters for tanks (EC) and mages (AMF), damage-wise. Putting both into one enchantment wouldn't be fair to either of those spells, nor would it help the whole "not have an unbeatable" strategy thing. Also, magical damage has enough reductions already... even if they tend to be expensive and uncommon ones. Same goes for physical.

So +1 for supporting stingiest, and -1 for bashing? That means I'm back to -1, right? Or am I at -6765585832552510 for epic fail?

haze seems like a combination of the effects of EC and AMF only without their strongest points (backlash and stat reduction) just train AMF or EC.

well in essence it would be a DMG reduction of both weapons and Magic Thanatos. It would offer another Enchantment that would play out on a massive scale. It would aide in DMG Reduction of the first few rounds but on a % base of either it worked or not. so either the dmg would be reduced ( IE = 0 ) or not.

The original idea is basically an undispellable protection.. but the anti evasion/defensive dex would be interesting. An EC that only works on defensive dex.
