basically non N*B. I made it. lol at you OB saying no one could ever make it. Let's not blame it on LA/Ranger not playing, cos I was gaining ground on them anyway. Had the scores been redone earlier, I would've already been here :)

Well, if I keep going at the same rate I was going since I finished my NCB a month ago, I should be able to reach 6/20 myself by February or March 2009 :)

6/20 -> 6 BA every 20 minutes
It's the highest tier in BA recharge rates (and increased rewards per BA spent), with the added advantage of absolutely no challenge bonus penalties of attacking anybody lower in score (you are guaranteed at least 0% CB no matter how small the target).
everyone that thinks the 4mil+ mpr should be in the 5/20 ba regen rate say aye!

Yeah, so I just bought 168 BA, meaning I just dropped down to 7/20..
