First off, if you're looking to make money off interest, look elsewhere. I'm looking for a large loan that will be paid off probably in a period of 3-4 months. I'll be needing probably around 20 Mil, and i'll see if I can't work out a deal with whoever offers the lowest interest rate.

I can vouch for TD that he's reliable (at least when it comes to CB...), and in the event he decides to forsake the loan, I will pay off the remainder.
