New player, and a mistake (in Public Record)

I made a mistake and made a 2nd account =\ please delete account ItsBobtista2.

To clarify, he was advised to make a new character in chat when he asked if his team was ok. I am pretty sure he misunderstood what was being said and thought he was supposed to make a whole other account. He has been explained to on how to instead manage characters on an already existing account. Here is the chatlogs, just in case:
