Does anyone here play Fate? (in Off-topic)

I just downloaded the trial version of Fate: Undiscovered Realms. I haven't played it yet, but I played the original Fate demo....if it's anything like that, tons of fun. Anyone else play this game?

The free trial version is at www.playfate.com - the "trial" part of it is simple: you are downloading the full game, but you can only play it twice. (i.e. if you never close the game down, you can play it all you want uninhibited.)

As an aside: on Hardcore, I can't seem to get past dungeon level 2, or around 1600 score....x_x

I feel that I'd probably do better if I wasn't using my laptop's touchpad, though. Time to find me a jumpdrive lying around somewhere and put this baby on my main computer.

I played the origial fate. It got old after a couple of hours, so then I used the gold and level cheats to have some more fun (got me up to like lvl90 dungeons with uber inventory etc)

Is that the game where you have a dog as your pet companion? I think I've played that before, but I got bored pretty quickly.

Same game, Nig. The sequel is a bit different, more to offer.

Plus I never pick a dog, always a cat.

I also have a Legendary character that I'm going to do the whole 'lineage' bit with (passing down weapon/armor to a son.)
