AoF Question (in General)

Does this amulet give my minion a bonus from AS and GA? It talks a little about it but it doesn't say for sure. I was wondering if it is worth it to get a bigger boost to HP for my minion/minions from the AS and GA Enchantments. Thank you :)

The AoF increases all ED that are cast on the Wearer. It will increase the health gained from AS, and the effect of your GA (when compared to the incoming damage).

It's a little difficult to see this from the battle log though (for AS, you can't see it for GA).
