Anyone know of any zombie FPS games? Mods are ok too, I'm going into withdrawal waiting for Left 4 Dead.

PC only, I'm not a console man :)

That browser game is fun.

Painkiller?

Tried that one, Slayer? FPS from a couple years back, with lots of undead creatures, not just zombies, that plays in the same manner as old school shooters like Doom. (Did I mention that game again? Seems like it, sorry.) Very good if you're in the mood for a straight forward, instinctual, reflex-based gore-fest :P

I mention the game because, most of the time, what I like the most about zombie games is not the dudes themselves, but the I-want-to-keep-my-brain survival aspect of their presence, which is omnipresent in the past and recent Doom-clones. (A game genre that has been overtaken by story driven FPS's nowadays. They're not bad...but sometimes instincts are more entertaining than plotting the most efficient way to kill an enemy or **taking cover**. Blech. I'm looking at you Halo, and your sissified regenerating health bar!)

Also, it has cool metal music in action situations....which can only be a plus, in my opinion.

Anyways, it's got shotguns and zombies. Ain't that extremely nice? Goes down like a good, cold beer.

Deadspace looks to be an amazing game. I plan on getting it for either the 360 or PS3 as I haven't upgraded my Video card yet.

Dead Rising, not really an FPS though.
