Question about RoBF and EC. Can I ask 2 at once?:) (in General)

1. I see that the RoBF is not effected by GA / AMF / and other stuff but does it get reduced by AC? If so is it all AC or just magic + AC? If it is just the magic AC What about the MgS and EH?

2. EC Lowers DEX and I see you can get a PTH from DEX. Can you give people a - to hit with EC?

2. You don't get PTH from dex. You get CTH. Minimum CTH is 0.

i believe the only other things that will reduce robf damage is endurance and a higher robf.
