Suggestion: Upgradable AoI? (in General)

Now that in addition to invisibilities targeting powers, it also grants direct - chance to hit (and is the only thing bar natural Dexterity that does so), should the AoI be changed to make it upgradable?

So even at base (or +1) it will grant the targeting aspect, but it could be changed to decrease CTH by -2% per plus.

Just a thought. ;)

I think with the Evasion downgrade an upgradable AoI would seem like the perfect foil.

Either that, or more fixed items that cut into cth.

SG and MM should be effected by Invisibilities targeting.

Hmm, I think FB should get a special dispensation when it comes to invisibility. The others pretty much have to be aimed - even a cone whereas we already know that FB is a huge ball of fire centred on the caster when in melee. Just ask his team-members.

Yes, that is what I meant. I was kidding about how in melee it roasts everyone.
