I'm borrowing 35m, 10m to be sent to OB, 8.8m to be sent to LC (assuming he still owes 16.2m), And 16.2m to be sent from "item management" to "worth the risk" to pay off LC's remaining debt. ^_^
Interest will be 3% + transfers. minimum of 1m per week to be paid, will contact in advance if for some reason this cannot be met. Doubt there's anything else, but if I missed something he can tack it on when he confirms.

The rest was kept by me as payment of CC's loan as was asked.
This should end CC's money owed to me but I still ask that he updates that in our thread just for my records.
