Server Error when fighting (in General)

Every now and again I'm getting;

Server Error
The requested URL cannot be accessed due to a system error on this server.
AOLserver/4.5.0 on http://www.carnageblender.com/

I think it's when fighting Miami Vice, but it doesn't happen all the time.
