Is the SoC supposed to work with AxBow, because my battle report with Flatcap certainly seems to suggest this to be so.
Does the SoC accumulate damage over multiple rounds, or does it just return the last damage absorbed?

same here mine works with exbow
Yes (Well it shouldn't, but it does), and it accumulates.

yes, it seems to work with the ex/ax bows.
No one seems to know or say why, but it's been brought up before.
And the SoC accumulates all the damage in ranged prior to the first release in melee (I believe).
