On Sept 5th. Me and PotatoHead agree on the sale of my 5Mil CB$ for his $13 USD. I used a FS/WTB and he replied in these CM's:

He had a CC fee so we agreed that I could send 4.735Mil to make up for it, the transfers are there.
Then that's the end of that. I got the payment and all was good.

THEN, 5 days later on September 10th. The payment was reversed via paypal and withdrawn from my account. I emailed him and here is what I got:
I didn't reverse the payment, PP did, the credit card I used was prepaid, but for some reason it took over 7 business days for the payment to you to go through and at that time the funds were unavailable. I apologize for the inconvience and am trying to fix the problem as we speak. I should have it taken care of by tomorrow afternoon at the latest since they seem so slow to process things. I really am sorry, it's bullcrap.

I wait and wait and wait, while sending him several emails and CM's. I have got no response since Sept 10th and i Know he's been active and reading them.
What do I do next?
Contact Paypal and file a dispute or go through it on here and ge tmy money back?
