How about an EO that would reduce the enemies skills? Would be a counter to high evasion teams while still being able to reduce others as well. Could call it stupefy .
Evasion just got nerfed. Wouldn't this be a lame man's EC or a new OP mage spell to crush archers, monks, or anything near tank?
