My BA just went from like 50... to 160...
I've noticed this before and it's tripping me out.
My EXP has not dropped as if a rollback just happened? it remains where I left it not even 5 minutes ago... (and apparently over 100BA regen ago)
...
Any thoughts?

it was like a little rollback i lost my forge cycles progress and ba and it's log got cleared
Phew... I'm glad I trained and used all my BA before the refresh.
I came back to 151 BA. That may mean 151 BA was given, or 142 BA was given and I was gone since before the last refresh.
