Evasion // Dex (in General)

I'm still confused on how these work when combined with PTH...

I have 162,000 Dex...
In this situation, my opponent has 923 Dex + Haste...
Cyny cast Haste on all friendly Minions (103610)

Now:

Phipiriki snicked The Beasty [1695]
Kano-san beat The Beasty [20260]
Cyny's Decay hit The Beasty [1108]
Chaher eviscerated The Beasty [46656]

I'm just not understanding how with 63% more dex, ON TOP OF Evasion 179,825 // 55, I'm still consistently being hit...

Once you have more DX, your evasion does diddly.

I mean I can understand the Jig hitting me, but...
