Why aren't you happy with Chrome?
First off i had to reinstall java, secondly every time i hit the back button it goes to a blank page, its rather annoying.

I use Opera daily and absolutely love it. Firefox is on the bottom of my list.

I clicked on this page expecting a discussion about fat ladies singing. How disappointing...
Really though, Opera's okay. The mouse gestures are really cool, but if you like Firefox, there's a plug in for them.

I use Opera as my main browser. Don't care about gestures though.
On a possibly related note, does anyone know what browser Verizon Wireless Mobile Web uses, and why I can't log in to CB? It says something about a defective URL.

CC- some phones won't work with CB due to it's frame and java setup. Have you tried similar sites?
I use Opera, great features I use are the widgets, skins, mouse gestures, torrent manager and RSS reader. They're all built into the browser and work very well.
If you're trying to find the 'quickest' or 'safest' browser, it doesn't really matter which one you choose, a couple of milliseconds in loading doesn't make much of a difference and safe browsing practice will protect you from most harmful software, all hype you hear is pretty much just propaganda.
So try them all and see which one works for you!
PS: The default Opera skin is really ugly, but you can download better ones.
As far as phones go, I'd just make sure any phone I got ran Opera Mini... it's works almost flawlessly with CB.
