Rings and Gollum (in General)

If this game is loosely based on Lord of the Rings, why are there no rings? Or is Jon worried the younger generation maybe afraid of Gollum?

Yeah why aren't there any rings?

One reason I could figur that rings don't add anything to the game or gameplay.

One fine example is a ring of giant strength. But we already have plenty of STR boosters.

Maybe rings with new effects. But it takes time to program those.

We could change amulets to rings. And then there's the AoI...

You should really add Shoulderpads, too, Jonathan. Everybody (read: WoW) is doing it.

Ammo - used to have it
Back - cloaks
Body - got it
Ear
Feet - got it
Finger
Grip
Hands - gloves
Head - got it
Inventory
Legs - uh, some boots? Chain mail leggings for sure.
Neck
Ranged - got it
Shield - got it
Waist
Weapon - got it

I think we need a hairdo too. Need to make a Night Elf Mohawk!

I'm pretty handy with computers and could probably hack the server to add a Mohawk class... :D

How on earth did you get from rings to mohawks? And Mr T was not in Lord of the Ring's, but I shall accept his mentioning due to jewelry.
