There's a current auction for a Pair of Glove of Mercy going for 95K, and Central Bank hasn't even bothered bidding on them.
The cheapest (and most useless?) Rare in the game? ;)

Make em work on every melee weapon (or at least on every edged weapon rather than just the short) and maybe we'll see them gain some use....
The only weapon they can be used effectively on is the VB, and that has been rendered useless with the introduction of Shocking Grasp.

Pth's sort of been rendered useless...
PTH is overpowered anyway, since evasion got the nerf, nothing can stop it. Who needs extra PTH from the the GoM if you get loads from a ToA?

the majority do use a ToA.
