That would be pretty cool. A friend and myself set up a vent (ventrilo) server the other day if anyone wants to mic-chat there.

I would recommend skype since it has excellent voice quality and doesn't seem to lag much. When I tried using vent it would sometimes lag in the upper thousands which would cause my voice to take 10-20 seconds to get to the other person.
