Is there a difference between:

Wiki description
Vorpal blade:Ignores 50% of effective AC and Endurance.

and

Elven Stiletto:Reduces effective AC/Endurance by 50% on attack.

??

Same effect, different wording.

Just a note though, the Vorpal Blade is better than the Elven Stiletto in every single way, although it has been rendered obsolete with the introduction of Shocking Grasp.
