Usually contests prohibit selling to my own T-character, but can I buy something with BIN, or bid on something on my tourny character, then put a same item on auction with main character at same price?

you would effectively be BIN-ing to your T-character so imo no.

You could pay someone else to do that I guess.
My reasoning is that there is no guarentee that your item will sell, but I guess...
