can we have a slight increase in starting cash, like $3000, and some familiar with BIN of $3000? it would be unfair to those starting later and not able to find a tattoo.
I can't control that, unless I go from character to character and do it manually.

omijon liek nowai that's liek totally unfair to non tourneys! All anyone has to do to is start a tourney character, wait for it to be over and transfer your free tat over to your main character to be sold. Whoopty doo... Free money...
i don't think you can transfer from tourney characters can you?
you can't xfer anything from a tourny char
