-Create millions of paypal accounts and when they pay that 16p in you will be rich (eventually). You may possibly face jail time, so I guess you may need to weigh the pro's and cons.
-You could buy the domain CB3 and sell it to Jon. You could start carnage mixer or a similar game
-Online poker
-Create a company that charges individuals for finding hard to locate items
-Become a power ebayer
-Read lots so you can win every contest held on CB
-Fix sports events and bet heavily
-Or my personal favourite create websites such as yaho.com and charge yahoo to for people to click there.

Create a company that sells business ideas to people for $100 USD a pop.
