My tourny char. auto-retired??? (in General)

Whats the deal with this?
I log back on to find him retired.
I did everything I was supposed to, minus one incident that is questionable in itself (I live in Central time, and I fought non-tourny characters till 12AM Nov. 6th central time; dunno if its supposed to be EST or not).
But if I'm being auto-retired for this reason, then so should quite a few others out there whom I'm not going to rat out unless this is indeed the reason why this happened.
I just want to understand what happened. Anyone care to enlighten me?

Very well, if thats the reason, however minor it may be.
I'll have no choice but to rat out Serialkillers character, which trained Decay for a few fights against me. Doesn't matter how minor it may be right? I really didn't care so much; I told him to take it off his character and he did so, but if I'm being retired for such small matter, so should he, and I'll be back with a few others I saw doing things they weren't supposed to be doing.

Nope, looks like you already retired them, or somebody did...
