So I have effectively twice his dex, and with my evasion of 83 his weapon is only +17+BCTH... yet he is is hitting triple hits against me every fight...

What am I missing here?

Base to hit for an ELS is 60. He has 77 CTH post-evasion stats. Please note that this only applies to the minion that trains evasion.

On another note, motion to rename Base CTH to Accuracy Factor or something that doesn't imply that it's directly added on.
