I read that named items have a 4% bonus to the Armor Class and/or its effect. My NSC is [0] (+10). What does the naming affect? NSC's offer no Armor Class and 4% of .10 is .104.
Take the base and add it to the enchantment. Then multiply this value by 0.04 and round up to the next whole number. Then subtract the base. This number is your final + value. In this case, your NSCs become +11.
