The Join Clan page loads with the drop down box to select a clan to join. All the OPEN clans appear, then there are dozens of slots of where moderated clans should be, however none of their names show up.... Just empty lines. Then at the bottom it shows all the open clans which are full, and then below that, where it should show moderated clans which are full it just shows about a dozen lines of nothing but [FULL] once on each line.
So basically the names of moderated clans don't show on the drop down list (at least for me).
