Base Tattoo (in General)

I checked the black market, 125 votes for a lesser electric familiar, or any proper familiar, 97 for the non-familiar tattoos, isn't it a little too much, considering base tattoo are just used for reinking? Isn't something like 10-20 a more appropriate number? That allows people to effective get a tattoo when they need, but still pay a fair price with the 20 people fighting for it. Right now the black market is just for the big ticket items of 3m+, doesn't seem right. I don't think there is ever a tattoo sold from black market

20 sounds like a fair number of votes for a tattoo to be spawned.

Jon clearly doesn't want people to use tattoos. This is obvious because he added them to the game.
