I have between 2 and 3 mil exp on each minion and training it just to what I have learned right now won't change my fight list at all. Throw some ideas at me for what I should learn/unlearn and what equipment I should get, get rid of, or upgrade to make my team better. Please note that I am against running an NCB, I want to improve my current team, not throw it away and make a new one.
Is that evasion much over base? Ditch it... you could also almost trade in the dbs for sb on the mage. An AoL would likely help as well.
With the RoS and CoC, I'd be darn sure to be training as much DM as my tat would allow.

Everything nov said, though i'm partial to the DBs over SBs... Though if ya decide to ditch the DBs, you can use the extra cash to pump your wall gear and really stick it to your opponents ^_^
