About how much MPR would I need to get a 8/20 regeneration rate?

Well they are all based on the % of the top MPR character. I don't know what those %'s are, and they don't appear to be in the Wiki either (which they should be).

wasn't in a spot where I would've looked, had to go to the glossary to find that page.
Could just click on the big red BA button above your available BA amount. :)
