Need a small 2.5 mil loan! (in Services)

I'm buying Draco's CoI for 2 mil, and I am in a 300k, started at 1.5 mil yesterday. I pay my debts quickly, with my bonuses. It'll be short, so a flat interest rate will probably be best. Again for emphasis its a small and quick loan. Thanks!
