Yea im new just thought i would say hi and collect my bonus cash.
On skills that always say raw effect 1.0 does it matter how many points you put into it? because the effect is only 1.0 no matter how much points i put into them.. am i wasting my xp?

yes you are wasting your exp... because 1.0 is the max effect for any skill
