DAS LOANS.. (in Services)

DAS loans is finally up and running.
(this is going to be run the same way as the forge).
DAS MEMBERS COME FIRST.

As of right now there is 5 million available.
5 percent per week interest.

Nonpayment shall get you kicked out of DAS, and reported to an admin.
