How come there are two different NW Amulet of Invisibility, 7k and 1 mil ish? What is the difference?

Persistent bug... some very early AoI were +0 amulets instead of +10 like all the rest. Nobody bothered to fix them.
But they all have the same effect and can't be disenchanted nor upgraded... only difference is the old//bugged ones don't add 2% to PR of the minion wearing them.

The new ones are the 7k ones, they're the AoI's from the item store when it came out.
