Why are my fight results so randomn? One minute I fight someone i stalemate, next time i win, than the next time I lose. And its happening on more than one opponent.?
magic damage has a range that is quite large and if either opponent has dd or a dd familiar, that can be it. we have also learned that physical damage has almost as large a range. iirc for magic it could be like 55 to 100 percent and for melee it was around 65 to 100 percent.
if you are on the border of increased hits (single to double or double to triple, etc.) that can also increase randomness.
i believe there are some other factors as well that add randomness to battles.
