So. What am I doing wrong? What could I do better? (in General)

So. I haven't been active in regards to fighting in months. I couldn't even remember how to edit my favorites list xD And, I'm sure you can guess, I have forgotten how to train properly.

I'd like to hear all your thoughts and opinions. Analyze my strat!!

* The Flash steps are DBs.
* The Overpowered Item are NSCs
* The Partner in Crime is a SF
* The AoF may be soon replaced with an AoF (+10)

Personally, I would forgo DM simply because the people it's useful against have a RoS, making it pointless, and everyone else it may or may not adversely affect. Getting rid of a GA on a 4-minion familiar-centric team is certainly handy, but doing absolutely nothing with 5 million experience (or thereabouts?) is kind of a shame. Your HP seems mighty low as well, even if you're going for the quick kill... thanks to the ranged damage nerf, you'll usually need to survive until melee, and then you'll need to hope you can outlast them. I'd unlearn DM and either invest all of it in HP or just unlearn it and 1/2 HP 1/2 FB.

The SF is nice but personally I'd swap it to a FF. That's just personal taste talking, I can certainly understand your desire to kill back-row killslots.

You should have some AS ^^ It'll boost your familiar and your minion's HP.

AS is silly on a single minion unless you're built around the familiar... meaning, Hakai, you'd have to basically untrain all your minion's stats and go for AS (and probably AMF or DM as well). I don't think that's what you want, so I'd skip AS. It'd be too small to matter anyways, and would get completely eliminated by a decent DM. Not worth it, methinks.

Watch out for decay seeing how you dont have antimagic field equipped.. Other than that it looks fine.

Drop all EO's and bump the FF or go E:F

Which means drop fireball on Haruka put it in DM, drop the HP and put it into AS.

Other then that I dunno.

single minion enchanters are begging for a nerf of some kind so I wouldn't retrain into that yet ;-)
