ISP email addresses (in Off-topic)

My girlfriend's dad is still on crappy 256k internet. They're looking to upgrade, as its too slow for 3 computers. Now, the only reason they want to stay with their current ISP is 'cos her dad's email is with them. Her dad's had this email for years and years, and doesn't want to change.

Is there anyway to keep this email address while changing ISP? If there is, they can do that and save $300 a year.

most isps will allow you to just rent the email for around 3 bucks a month. if he has a domain of his own he can have the domain transfered to a new dns server, or there are routing services around for cheap or free that will rout a domain to another email
