General question about RoS (in General)

I know that it weakens your enemies DM, but doesnt cancel it out completely but,

Offers resistance vs. your own Dispel Magic on any other EO you cast (currently Ethereal Chains or Anti-Magic Field).

So i guess the question is, is that 100% resistance against your EO's? OR does it not cancel that out completely too.?

If you cast DM and have a RoS on that minion, your other EOs will work up to 40% of the RoS level.

"I know that it weakens your enemies DM, but doesnt cancel it out completely"

That is not true. It does completely cancel out your enemies DM up to 40% of the tat level. My tattoo is level 5,696,143 x .4 = 2.278 mill DM protection and Guernica casts 2 mill DM and it doesn't have any effect on my AS cast since my tattoo protects up to 2.2 mill.

P.S. Sorry if what I wrote is hard to understand, I didn't get any sleep last night and had 2 finals this morning :)

Hmm. If what you say is true, than the wiki needs to be changed.

Yep its true, tested it on him and on a guy who had no DM and both times my AS casted for 3596711

Well, depends on how you read it, that's what the wiki already says.
I guess a little bit of clarification would be in order though.

Basically, find a better way to say "any enchant you cast is protected from the appliable DM (yours for EO, enemy for ED) for up to x% of rune level dispell effect" or similar.

There you go, a couple of clarifying words... should be clearer now.

Thanks sickone. =)
