Star Control 2 problems (in Off-topic)

I had a yearning recently to play Star Control 2, which I've had no trouble downloading on a previous computer, but when I went to download it again, on this laptop, the installation stopped responding at about 60%. If someone can point me to a working download of the game i'd be freaking delighted.

I can give it to you over break.
