My Max Encumbrance bug (in General)

my ENC is maxed out pretty much across the board for minions 1,2, and 4. minion1 with 133AC @ .98ENC yields 2.66AC which is rounded up to 3. but why on minion4 with 117AC @ .98 should grant 2.34(essentially rounded up to 3ac) but is effectively rounded down to 1AC because of a mage shield?

0.98 is between 0.975 and 0.984
So it might rounded for display, but longer numbers used for calculation.
Try it with those?

0.975 =2.925 ac
0.984 =1.872AC

btw this is corrected when i move the mage shield off this character
