my question is does GA stack like AS like having 1 strong AS and 3 other weak ones they stack when dispel magic dont hit you but is it the same has GA

Yes, GA levels stack like AS, and a bunch of smaller GAs are more easily dispelled by DM than one big one, correct.

right im using a 3 AS strat and one is a strong one and the other 2 are base but i was thinking of changing one to GA i have my ROS to protect me from most Dispel Magic

Yes, the Ros will help, and stacking still works great against people with no DM at all...
