Right now I'm a single fb mage with 1/2 trained in hp and the rest trained in fb. I'm wondering if i should train anything else or just keep this up for awhile

You could train some Dispel Magic (DM), in regards to how much I dunnaw ^^ Other then that I think you're doing fine!
