Can we get this junk removed? (in General)

And if getting penalized for NOTHING isn't bad enough, the message itself is "not polite." What's with all the rude system messages in this game? Yeah, good plan, talk down to the players.

Actually it does this to me all the time. It is a tad annoying and doesn't serve any real purpose other to make you want to break your computer screen.

and while we are removing junk can you delete old characters that haven't been logged into in like 2 years?
