Hi (and hello $500) (in New players)

Think i'm on day 3 now and have spent too long reading all of the strats etc. I've came to the conclusion that i wanted to try the cheap old e:robf or the e:f strats, leaning more towards e:robf however. I was eyeing the robf in the auctions..then suddenly went up to 500k with 20 hours left so i suppose i can just throw that one out of the window for now. Any suggestions on if i should use the fs/wtb thread or just try to sweat it out until i see another one on auction? As well i was thinking of becoming a supporter but i see the item option is that new shiny armor which helps me none, any way i can be a supporter and obtain something else as my first item?

Forgot to add on a side note, i'm currently putting the following into my stats 50% FB 12.5% DM and the rest into HP. Just figure i would throw it out there if anyone has any usefull tips, comments, suggestions

e:f (enchanter + familiar?) is very popular at the moment, because familiars are strong with junction and the team is relatively easy and cheap to play. EXP concentration is great as well. The only downside is that hiring minions in the end game gets expensive.

That's a good strategy to switch to once one can afford a tattoo.

The single FB mage with DM is a great starting strategy; however, once you've played a bit longer and thought up some great strategies, you'll likely want to change. Definitely save up for a tattoo, as well, as it is a piece of equipment that augments your team and grows as you do.
