How do I get my clock off of military time? I run Vista. And no jokes "Oh there's your problem, you're on Vista!" Har har. Heard it. Move on.

Control Panel. Switch to classic view. Regional and language option. click the Customize this format button. change to the time tab. Set up as described on this tab.
Capital H changes to 24 hour time, so you just need to change it to HH mm ss (Or HH:mm:ss if you want to display colons still)
This also works on XP.
Have fun.
